All product returns or exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Any returned or exchanged product must be in the condition in which it was received,
in its sealed, unopened vial with the label attached.
Product returns or exchanges are permitted at the sole discretion of Omicron Biochemicals, Inc.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product,
please contact us at 574-287-6910. A different policy applies in this case,
not the return policy outlined below.
To return a product, please email customer service at omicron@omicronbio.com to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number,
please send your return to the following address with secure packaging:

Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we will process
your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days
from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement,
depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email
when your return has been processed.
