Requesting a Quotation for Labeled Oligodeoxyribonucleotides

DNA oligomer syntheses will be contracted on an individual basis. Cost and delivery time depend largely on the degree of complexity of the labeling.

To request a quotation for a labeled DNA oligomer, please provide the following information.

(a) Oligomer sequence, following the standard convention (5'-end → 3'-end, left → right)
(b) Identify labeled residue(s) in the sequence using astericks (the asterick follows the labeled residue)
(c) Specific labeling pattern for each labeled residue (use standard numbering convention for purine and pyrimidine rings (unprimed numbers) and the furanose ring (primed numbers) as shown below

(d) Salt form
(e) Quantity

An example of this protocol follows.

(a/b) ^5'd(T₁*A₂G₃C₄*T₅A₆*C₇)^3'
(c) T₁ with ¹³C at C2'; C₄ uniformly ¹³C-labeled in the deoxyribose ring; A₆ with ¹⁵N at N7, ¹³C at C8, and ¹³C at C3'
(d) sodium salt
(e) 100 mg

Oligomers can be prepared containing D- and L-residues. In the absence of specific information provided by the customer, the D-configuration of all residues will be assumed.
