Shipping Information
- USA
Compounds are shipped by and insured by Federal Express. If the customer has a FedEx® account, the account number should be provided with the purchase order. If the customer does not provide a FedEx® account number, shipping and insurance fees will be added to the product invoice.
- International
We prefer to ship international orders by Federal Express. We require the customer's FedEx® account number unless otherwise arranged. International shipments may use DHL if the customer provides a DHL account number that starts with 96. If a FedEx® or acceptable DHL account number is provided, then FedEx® or DHL will bill the account for shipping, insurance, and import duties and taxes. If a FedEx® or acceptable DHL account is not provided, we will bill you for shipping and insurance when the order is shipped and a second bill will be sent for the duties and taxes about 3-4 weeks after delivery of the product.
An Electronic Export Information (EEI) fee, formerly known as the Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) may be added to international orders greater than $2,500.
Handling Charges
- We may add handling charges to orders that request special bottling and/or packaging. An example would be an order that requests a product be split among multiple vials.

Products in stock are typically shipped within 2 business days of the receipt
of order.
- Non-Stock Products
In response to a quotation request or an order for a product not in stock,
the customer will be informed of the expected delivery time
