Shipping Information
- USA
Products are shipped by and insured by Federal Express. If the customer has a FedEx® account, the account number should be provided with the purchase order. If the customer does not provide a FedEx® account number, shipping and insurance fees will be added to the product invoice.Two-day shipping is routinely used unless the customer requests one-day delivery.
- International
We prefer to ship international orders by Federal Express. If the customer has a FedEx® account, the account number should be provided with the purchase order. We may use DHL if the customer provides a DHL account number that starts with 96. If a FedEx® or acceptable DHL account number is provided, then FedEx® or DHL will bill the account for shipping, insurance, and import duties and taxes. If a FedEx® or acceptable DHL account is not provided, we will bill you for shipping and insurance when the order is shipped. FedEx® or DHL will collect the duties and taxes directly. Shipments are usually delivered by the end of the second business day provided there are no customs delays.
We will only ship Free on Board (FOB). An Electronic Export Information (EEI) fee, formerly known as the Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) may be added to international orders greater than $2,500.
Handling Charges
- We may add handling charges to orders that request special bottling and/or packaging. An example would be an order that requests a product be split among multiple vials.
Delivery Times
- Products in Stock
Products in stock are typically shipped within two (2) business days of the receipt of order.
- Non-Stock Products
In response to a quotation request or an order for a product not in stock, the customer will be informed of the expected shipping date.
